Ownership Restructuring Announcement

The management of C.J. McDonald Company Limited (operating as Albion Golf Cars) is pleased to announce that a portion of the outstanding shares of CJMcD have been sold to Don Macgregor and Cody Eaton. This restructuring is occurring to support the rapid growth of the company and to facilitate the five-year succession plan of current President, Peter Butler.

Pathfinder Consulting Ltd., a Butler family holding company has owned 100% of the shares in CJMcD since buying out the interests of the McDonald family in 2013. Both Peter Butler and Sarah Butler (Rental and Office Manager) retain their current positions with reduced shareholdings.

Don Macgregor, through his holding company will take an equal shareholding position to Pathfinder. Don brings a wealth of expertise in managing both small and mid-sized Ontario businesses. Don will be both a Director and Vice-President.

Cody Eaton will take a minority shareholding position and continues his role as Vice President, Sales. Cody has been an integral part of Albion’s success in his seven years at Albion, a period where sales revenue has more than tripled.
